My seller was one day from closing when Chris at Association One pulled out all the stops to get the documents we needed in order to close on time. He saved the day and we were (and still are) so grateful for his efforts.

This review is specific to Jake from maintenance. It was discovered there was a lack of heating fins to keep one of the bedrooms warm. Jake installed them professionally and this helps to keep the room warmer, especially in winter. What was equally impressive as his technical abilities was his professional demeanor, sincerity, keeping me up to date on progress, and explaining things thoroughly in a way a lay person can understand. Jake is highly recommended.

I recently had an experience that completely changed my opinion of this property management company. There was a water line rupture between my unit and my neighbor’s, and they handled the situation quickly and professionally. The repairs were taken care of without delays, which I really appreciated during a stressful situation. Additionally, I had fallen behind on my HOA dues, and the CEO personally reached out to discuss it. The conversation was respectful, professional, and solution-oriented. He addressed my concerns directly and worked with me to come to a fair agreement, which showed a level of care and accountability you don’t always see. Overall, I was impressed with how responsive and professional they were, and I appreciate the way they handled both the emergency and the follow-up communication.

I have worked with Association One for several years and from the senior staff of Brian Borchardt & Carl McElroy, to property managers like Marsha Craft & Todd Klohn, maintenance and other support staff, everyone conducts their duties with integrity, care for their customers and communication is never an issue. Association One has been a true partner and it's has been a pleasure working with them.

We recently did some work for Carl and his company. They are fantastic to deal with. Very respectfully and timely on everything. I highly recommend working with them!
