With over 20 years of related industry experience and 16 years of community management experience, Brian has built his career within the industry holding a variety of leadership positions. He began his career in multi-unit construction and has gone on to cover the spectrum of property management service positions. He has extensive knowledge of business operations, technology solutions, and has directly overseen large-scale maintenance and construction projects in associations. He excels in solving the most complex industry challenges and thrives on providing custom solutions, integral to the industry transformation currently underway. Brian has the invaluable skill to motivate teams while encouraging personal growth and professional success. He is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.

Alexis attended Truman State University to earn her undergraduate degree and earned her Master’s degree at Webster University. Her background includes positions held in both teaching and academic advising. With her past positions, Alexis found a passion for customer service and in 2013 stepped into the community management field finding a home for her passion. Alexis has quickly excelled and moved through the ranks standing out as a leader; she always embraces challenge and meets expectations. Alexis brings a strong sense of accountability, organization, and persistence to everything she does. Alexis is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), an IL Licensed Community Association Manager, and has earned both the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. She is currently pursuing the highest CAI designation of PCAM.

Anthony worked in the social service and property management industry for 19 years before finding his home at AssociationOne. With an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s degree from Olivet Nazarene University, Anthony uses his diverse skill set to inspire others and brings outside industry knowledge to association management. He takes a hands-on approach to management and enjoys working with Association Boards to achieve their goals. His past times include running marathons and triathlons, which reflects his ability to meet challenges head on and see them through. He is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), an IL Licensed Community Association Manager, and has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. He has held certifications in care facility management and grant writing.
