This review is specific to Jake from maintenance.  It was discovered there was a lack of heating fins to keep one of the bedrooms warm.  Jake installed them professionally and this helps to keep the room warmer, especially in winter.  What was equally impressive as his technical abilities was his professional demeanor, sincerity, keeping me up to date on progress, and explaining things thoroughly in a way a lay person can understand. I recently had an experience that completely changed my opinion of this property management company. There was a water line rupture between my unit and my neighbor’s, and they handled the situation quickly and professionally. The repairs were taken care of without delays, which I really appreciated during a stressful situation. Additionally, I had fallen behind on my HOA dues, and the CEO personally reached out to discuss it. The conversation was respectful, professional, and solution-oriented. He addressed my concerns directly and worked with me to come to a fair agreement, which showed a level of care and accountability you don’t always see. Todd is proactive, organized, reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy in his work on our behalf. His fellow colleagues are cut from the same mold as they support Todd and our HOA, accordingly.
