It was discovered there was a lack of heating fins to keep one of the bedrooms warm.  Jake installed them professionally and this helps to keep the room warmer, especially in winter.  What was equally impressive as his technical abilities was his professional demeanor, sincerity, keeping me up to date on progress, and explaining things thoroughly in a way a lay person can understand.
